Welcome to British Rights Barrister.
By using our website, modules, or submitting questions/calls, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. General Information
I am a Public Access authorised barrister of England & Wales, regulated by the Bar Standards Board (BSB).
All services provided comply with the BSB Handbook, including Core Duties and Public Access rules.
I provide services limited to English law. No advice or materials are given for any other jurisdiction.
Legal aid is not available through this service. If you may qualify for legal aid, please consult a solicitor.
2. Educational Content
All templates, modules, checklists, videos, and written guidance provided are for educational purposes only.
Educational content is designed to help you understand your rights, legal processes, and practical steps.
Educational materials do not constitute personalised legal advice, unless explicitly provided via an accepted and confirmed question submission or phone call.
3. Paid Modules
Paid modules (£19.99–£29.99, equivalent in $) grant access to step-by-step guidance, in-depth templates, and educational materials.
Access to paid modules does not create a client-lawyer relationship.
Module content is generalised guidance. For personalised legal advice, you must book using private questions or phone calls.
4. Personalised Legal Advice Services
Personalised services include private questions and phone calls.
These services create a client-lawyer relationship only after your submission is reviewed and accepted, and paid.
Acceptance is at the barrister’s discretion and may be rejected for suitability, conflict of interest, or regulatory reasons.
5. Submission, Review, and Acceptance
All personalised service requests must include complete and accurate information.
The barrister will review submissions to:
Assess suitability for Public Access
Identify any conflicts of interest
Conduct AML / client verification checks
If a submission is rejected, a full and immediate refund will be issued and the reasons for rejection provided.
Only upon acceptance will a client-lawyer relationship exist, and advice will be delivered.
6. Payment Terms
All services (paid modules, questions, calls, premium templates) must be paid in full upfront.
No work or access will be provided until payment is received.
Refunds:
Rejected personalised services: full refund issued immediately.
Missed calls or scheduled sessions: no refund after the service is delivered.
Educational modules: no refunds for access already granted.
7. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance
For all paid personalised services, the barrister will collect information for AML and client verification purposes, including:
Full name, date of birth, physical address
Payment information and source of funds (if required)
The barrister reserves the right to decline or suspend service if AML checks cannot be completed or if red flags arise.
8. Confidentiality and Data Protection
All client information is handled in compliance with GDPR and Core Duties.
Personal data collected for service provision, AML checks, and invoicing is stored securely and only used for the purpose of providing legal services.
Communications and instructions are confidential except where disclosure is required by law or regulation.
9. Member Responsibilities
- to provide accurate and complete information when submitting a question or booking a call.
